Healthy Pina Colada

Whether it's the sun, salty waves, or tiki drinks, it's easy to get dehydrated, which can make you feel tired and irritable. Keep your energy up and your body hydrated island style with a tart, refreshing version of a pina colada with this simple recipe. 


  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed or sliced ginger


Combine all the ingredients except ice and stir until everything is well mixed. Pour over crushed ice and enjoy
